Shipping & Delivery

We accept orders through the website, or feel free to send us a message to order.

We will do our best to prepare your order in 2 hours (during store hours). Our store hours are from 11am to 7pm. Cut-off for collect orders is at 5pm. Customer is the one who books the pick-up from our store.

Only available for Metro Manila addresses. Depending on availability of riders, we will ship your orders within the day.

We offer nationwide shipping in the Philippines. Nationwide orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. This takes about 1-2 days fro NCA and GMA, 3 days for Luzon, 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao areas.

Yes! We can send internationally via DHL. Please send us a message for a shipping quote.

Payment Methods

Secured online payments are made through Maya (accepts credit cards).
You may also opt to send payment through Gcash, Bank Transfer (BDO/BPI), Cash-on-delivery, and cash upon pick up.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bikeary Bicycle, we stand behind the quality of our products. We follow the basic rules set by the DTI to make sure your rights as a customer are respected.

Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted If:
- The item is defective, damaged, or has a factory fault
- The item received is incorrect from the order (wrong size, color, or item)

Please Note:
- Change of mind is not a valid reason for return or exchange under DTI rules
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days from the date received
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required

How to Return or Exchange:
- Email us at hello@bikeary.com or send us a message through our FB/IG pages within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return/exchange
- We’ll confirm if the item is eligible and give return instructions

Return shipping costs shall be shouldered by the customer unless the error is on our end (defective or wrong item sent).

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or damaged items due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging or complete accessories
- Items already mounted or with signs it has already been mounted or (tried to) installed
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
