Shipping and Deliveries may be subject to Additional Fees based on the following:

1. Distance of delivery

2. Size of items order -- applicable especially to bulky items such as racks, fenders, and the like.

We will be informing the customer of such changes.


Pick up - We will notify you when your items are ready for pick up.

Our webshop is open 24/7.

We are closed on Wednesdays.

We are open on:

Monday - 2pm to 7pm

Tuesday to Sunday - 11am-7pm

Since we are closed on Wednesdays, we also do not process online orders on that day.

We now have a physical store!

Defintition of terms: COMPLETED ORDER -- Orders that have been paid or with chat confirmation.

COMPLETED ORDERS received before 12pm, will be prepared & dispatched the same day, and shipped within 24hours. Completed orders after this time, shall be processed the next day.

Note that if the order is completed or payment is received after 12pm of a Friday, these orders will be considered as Saturday transactions and will be dispatched on Monday.

Please settle payment after 24 hours to avoid cancellation of orders. We also confirm COD orders via FB message or SMS.


Everything that is available in-store in available in the webshop.

In case purchased item is unavailable, we will contact your immediately to cancel or substitute the product.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you don't receive an e-mail, please check your spam/junk folder.

Payment instructions are included in the confirmation e-mail. All payments are done manually after check out.


Additional fees may occur on certain occasions:

1. Delivery route is too far & requires additional fees.

2. Item is bulky resulting in higher shipping charges than estimated.


If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to change or cancel your order once the products has been packed or shipped.


Change of mind is not possible. In case of fitting and compatibility issues, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. Customers are in-charge of returning the items in good and complete condition.
