Shipping / Return & Exchange Policy


1. Collect / Pick-up form store
We will do our best to prepare your order in 2 hours (during store hours). Our store hours are from 11am to 7pm. Cut-off for collect orders is at 5pm. Customer is the one who books the pick-up from our store.

2. Same-day delivery
Only available for Metro Manila addresses. Depending on availability of riders, we will ship your orders within the day.

3. Nationwide Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping in the Philippines. Nationwide orders are usually shipped the following business day. This takes about 3 days for Luzon, 5-7 days for Visayas and Mindanao areas.

4. International Shipping
Yes! We can send internationally. Please send us a message for a shipping quote. 


Change of mind returns are not possible after item has been received. However if the issue is fitting and compatibility, it will the customer's responsibility to return the product in its original condition and package, complete with all the parts it originally came with. If the condition of a returned item is different or has missing parts/packaging, a full refund may not be possible.

Returns after 7 days after delivery is not possible. We appreciate your understanding about this. Please check your items upon receiving it.

PS. We do not accept returns for fenders. If you are unsure how to install or fit the fenders to your bike, you may visit our shop for verification.
